The Rip Curl Girls & Hawaiian Tropic Girls Tour website is now live and ready to turn up the volume to 11 with THE girls event of 2010.  Enjoy long Summer days with complimentary surf lessons and DJ workshops before grabbing a cocktail and enjoying the Sunset Beach Sessions with DJ Elisa do Brasil and the warm sand between your toes.

Combining music and surfing, the tour is an unforgettable Summer experience, and best of all it’s free and just for girls! During the day, experienced female DJs will be on hand to teach you their skills on the decks, whilst Rip Curl’s certified instructors and Tahitian longboarder Hanalei Reponty will be providing free surf lessons.  The fun continues into the evening as top DJ Elisa Do Brasil brings a touch of Brazilian heat to the Sunset Beach Sessions on the first night of each stop, playing a sizzling mix of breaks, beats and electro, as you dance into the evening with sand between your toes.

Check out the amazing Girls Tour 2010 website and the digital decks where you can mix Hawaiian Tropic’s sounds of ukuleles and waves, with Rip Curl’s rock rhythms of electric guitars and drums. You can even create your own tunes, record them, and send them to your Facebook page! Since the beginning, the Girls Tour was about passing on passion for surfing and the values that make the sport what it is, a sport that enables girls to truly express themselves.  Staying loyal to those values, by adding music to the program, the search takes on a whole new dimension.
