The Halo British Downhill Championship Series 2011 has already kicked off, starting last month at Nant Gwrtheyrn, Wales. The competition was kicked off in style with Manon Carpenter and FFion Griffiths fighting it out, coming in with less than a seconds gap.

Last weekend saw the action move to Moelfre, Wales for round two of the series. The perfect weather made for some great downhill action and the girls flew through the course.
