It’s really hot and sunny here and the mountain is a pool of brown slush – with the closing parties just around the corner, there is not much left to do except work on the tan and BBQ. We’re only here in Morzine for a few more days now then road tripping all the way to the South of France – been working on route and its looking a little something like this.

Ok, so today was just a bit exciting. Girlylegs team rider and token skier Lou Lou ditched the sticks and strapped on a snowboard for the first time – or as she so delicately put it in her Essex twang “became a gay on a tray for the day”. Already being a BASI 2 qualified ski instructor and in the middle of training for her ISIA Lou Lou is already pretty “at one” with the mountain, so after some questionable wise words of advice from none other than myself she was strapped in and the top of the hill.

With more balls than the kamikaze kids who are all charging down the slopes on their Easter holidays, Lou Lou just went for it and she done amazingly, linking turns the whole way down and even getting some air time – I am so super stoked for her.
