Toys: Amazing kickers and sliders inside and outside the cable.  Toys to suit everyone’s ability!  There is a fun box for beginners or for styling it out on, there is mini a-frame to build confidence for the beautiful WakeMK rail or for the super smooth rainbow rail.  The kickers are a joy to hit as well giving you the pop to throw anything you like.

Grub: There is a cafe which sell hot drinks, smoothies and yummy food.

Sessions: There are chicks sessions which run every third weekend of the month with coaching from Lex Balladon and Chloe Goudie, 9-11am girls only!  Also there is a Cable Junkies every Thursday from 6pm onwards where you can get help from the Pros.  Cable Rats is a sesh for the groms, this runs on Monday evenings for under 16′s – this will run through the summer holidays.  And if that’s not enough, every other Tuesday there is a short line session to learn new inverts!  Get your front edge on!!

Shop: Yes there is a pro shop at WakeMK to get your fix.  They can set you up with anything from a beginner board/bindings right up to pro models.  They also stock O’Neill wetsuits and impact vests, they are one of four O’Neill test centres in the UK.

One on One: You can get one on one coaching if you wish.  This is open to everyone whether you’re a beginner or wanting to hit the toys for the first time.  They also have Pro coaching with Will Manns if you want to learn specific inverts or tricks.

General Info: There is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at WakeMK, every member of the Team are willing to help you out.  They are always open to new people coming to learn how to wakeboard, kneeboard, waterski or wakeskate.  If they see you are not getting something they will give you tips for next time.  They have just upgraded all their changing facilities as well.  The cable is one of the highest and tightest in the UK which is amazing to ride on.  The toys are brilliant - there is good variety so you don’t get bored and there is always a new trick to try on all the toys.  Its definitely my favourite place to ride in the UK!
