Wakeboard | Compete At Cable Nationals 2011

Its less than a month till the 2011 Cable Nationals kick off at WMSKI Cirencester on 23rd July 2011, and time is running out to get registered!  There are loads of reasons to take part, ranging from the obvious fun factor to increasing your national ranking.  Getting more girls involved in these kind of events is one of the best ways to push the sport to a wider audience, and its always rad to ride with girls who are a keen as you!

To get you all warmed up WMSki Cirencester are now running ladies mornings, so why not give yourself the best possible chance to familiarize yourselves with the Cotswolds cable park?

Ladies mornings are designed to help you learn without the pressure of too many people (or silly boys) watching. The session will include getting taught in a group of a similar ability, whether your aim is just to get round the lake, or if you want to land your first invert off the kicker, their coaches will teach you all you need to know, in a non-pressured environment. The cable is run slightly slower than normal, which makes it much easier to learn, and if you fall they’ll even pick you up in the boat!

Sessions are run every Thursday morning between 10am and 12pm and cost £30 including any equipment you need. Keep your eyes out for special pro-coaching mornings through 2011 with Steph Caller.
