Next week will see London play host to the Bicycle Film Festival – showcasing films from a number of different cycling disciplines from all over the world. One of the films we are most excited about is Chick Flick – the first ever all female full length BMX film. This groundbreaking flick was created by Texan rider Natalie Wade to give female riders a platform to show just how far the women’s BMX scene has come.
The film features the likes of Angie Marino, Camila Harambour, Jessica Ausec, Nina Buitrago and Natalie herself. Natalie’s section will be showing at the London Bicycle Film Festival at 2pm on Sunday 9th October at The Barbican, as part of the Women About Women program. The two hour Oakley sponsored session will also features Fabric Bike, Emerald City Spin, Byke Shop and Labour of Love.
